This group provides a nurturing environment for individuals to share projects, resources and inspirations. Show & Tell is an important part of each meeting, and will be followed by monthly demonstrations.  Workshops will also be offered from time to time.

If you want to learn a new embroidery technique, Sandra is always happy to experiment and then teach the rest of us. She has an amazing knack for new ideas and can help solve questions as you begin or continue to advance your sewing and embroidery skills. Join Sandra and other GSQ talented sewing instructors as you learn amazing embroidery techniques in our Embroidery Sew & Share club each month.

Opportunities for New Clubs

We at Georgia Sewing & Quilting are very excited about the possibilities to partner with you, our customers and friends, in forming new clubs.  We also look forward to our opportunities to provide a meeting room for existing clubs.

We welcome your ideas and leadership for forming a new club, as clubs form the core of learning new skills and developing your skills further. Clubs enhance your experience and provide forums for members to foster lifetime relationships, establish networking opportunities, and create strong communities.  We feel that clubs provide a unique growing opportunity, and by participating you will continue to grow in your skills while developing new friends with similar interests.  Clubs also provide an opportunity to give back to the community while enjoying the social events that a club usually provides.

Besides providing a meeting space for your club, there are many other ways GSQ can help and we would love to discuss the possibilities with you.

The following are just some of the ways you can partnership with us:

♥ Consider forming a new group: a sewing guild, a neighborhood group, a club

♥ Consider joining and participating in a group or club that is already meeting

♥ Consider our facility if it's time to change your current meeting place

To join an existing club, to organize a new one, or to just discuss the possibilities with me, feel free to contact Jeanne at 770 831-7990 or email me at Jeanne@GeorgiaSewingAndQuilting.net
